FAQ

What kind of services do you provide?

HomeBridge Care provides personal care services such as meal preparation, laundry, light housekeeping, grocery shopping & errands, transportation, medication reminders, grooming, live-in service and respite care.  We also provide assistance with bathing, grooming, and hygiene, mobility assistance, transferring and positioning, toileting and incontinence and feeding/special diet assistance. The care providers we hire have training in Dementia/Alzheimer’s care and in-home safety supervision.

How quickly can care be provided?

Based on your needs and requests, we can provide a caregiver within 24 hours or at your convenience.

How do I start care services?

Just give us a call. One of our friendly, experienced Registered Nurses will arrange to come to your home and work with you to develop a plan of care that will be utilized by a caregiver from HomeBridge.

How much does this type of care cost?

The cost of care is based on the level of service required and the number of hours per week. HomeBridge Care offers competitive rates and our representative will discuss this with you at the time of your initial evaluation. We have a two hour minimum for care provided.

How can I trust a Caregiver?

HomeBridge care conducts a comprehensive background check and screening for all applicants. For every applicant we interview we ask ourselves one simple question – would I trust this caregiver to look after my own mother in her home? We only offer employment if the answer is ‘yes’. We strive to match our caregivers to your family’s needs and personalities, and will personally introduce the caregiver to you on their first assignment in your home.
